Astra Media provides a YouTube channel optimization and reporting tool that:

Analyzes public YouTube data (no authentication required)
Connects to your Google account to generate reports and presentations
Uses Google Drive, Slides, and Sheets APIs to create and store files

Disclaimer: Optimized, Algorithmic Impact, Engagement Influence, and Content & Format Utilization percentages are independently calculated by Astra Media and not directly sourced from the official YouTube platform.

3. YouTube API Services

You agree to comply with:

Google Workspace Terms of Service

3.1 API Limitations

You acknowledge that:

Access may be subject to API quotas or restrictions
YouTube may modify or discontinue API features
Data stored or displayed is limited to a maximum of 30 days per YouTube API policies

4. User Accounts

You must:

Provide accurate information when signing in via Google
Maintain account security
Notify Astra Media of any unauthorized access

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Violate YouTube's Community Guidelines
Use the Service to collect or misuse data
Reverse-engineer or bypass limitations
Share login credentials
Interfere with system integrity or security

All uploaded or processed data must comply with:

Copyright and IP laws
YouTube's content and API policies

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you:

Violate these Terms
Abuse the Service
Engage in fraudulent or harmful activity

Upon termination:

Access ceases immediately
You may request data export within 30 days

7. Limitation of Liability

Astra Media is not liable for:

Service interruptions or API outages
Data loss or corruption
Indirect or consequential damages
Third-party content or actions

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by:
